Digital Citizenship

Why Teach Digital Citizenship?

Teachers invest time in teaching not only their academic subjects, but how students can be good citizens. With the ever growing and increasing use of technology, students need to learn how to be good citizens in an online digital world as well. Teaching digital citizenship is a proactive approach to helping students sift through the vast amount of information and resources available to them, and to make the right choices to collaborate and communicate effectively with others. You can find training geared towards teachers in the Google Training Center.
